聲音是情感的靈魂，身體則是與世界對話的媒介。從呼吸覺察出發，找回聲音的穿透力；在與地心引力的流動中探索與認識自己的身體，建立與空間及群體的張力關係。同時，透過遊戲卸下日常的偽裝，重啟直覺感官，讓身體在高度專注與鬆弛之間回歸最真實的本能，與空間產生共鳴。

2026 Performing Arts Workshop: Resonating with Space
Voice is the soul of emotion, and the body is how we communicate with the world.
We start with breathing exercises to help you rediscover the power of your voice. By exploring how your body moves with gravity, you will build a dynamic connection with both the space and the group around you.
Through games, you will learn to drop your daily mask and reawaken your instincts. This training helps you find the balance between deep focus and relaxation, allowing your body to return to its natural state and truly connect with your surroundings.
