本場音樂會的六首作品以琵琶為核心，展開跨越樂器與聲音語彙的深度對話，聚焦於當代作曲家與傳統樂器之間細膩而豐富的交流。六位作曲家橫跨不同世代與音樂背景，呈現兩種截然不同的創作脈絡——一是從西方作曲技法汲取靈感，再回望傳統的思考；一是從傳統演奏經驗出發，以現代語彙重新詮釋傳統聲響。
琵琶演奏家林慧寬憑藉深厚的演奏歷練與跨界實驗精神，巧妙連結作曲家的聲音想像與樂器的無限可能，為琵琶尋覓她的知音。透過與作曲家們的對話、共創與實際演出，本場音樂會探索人生哲學、過去與未來、生命與死亡，並挖掘琵琶在當代文化中的人文深度與藝術價值，使傳統聲音在現代語境中綻放更加鮮活的生命力。

The six compositions in this concert center on the pipa, opening dialogues that transcend instruments and sonic languages while deepening exchanges between contemporary composers and traditional music.
The participating composers span different generations and artistic perspectives—some draw on Western compositional techniques to reexamine tradition, while others reinterpret traditional sound through a modern musical vocabulary.
Pipa virtuoso Lin Hui-Kuan, through her extensive performance experience and cross-disciplinary exploration, connects each composer’s sonic imagination with the instrument’s expressive possibilities.
Through collaboration, dialogue, and performance, the concert illuminates the pipa’s humanistic and artistic spirit within contemporary culture, allowing traditional sounds to emerge with renewed clarity and vitality.
